1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PropGame (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

PropGame is a prop trading firm comparison and rewards platform. We provide tools to compare proprietary trading firms, track offers, and operate a rewards program where users can earn GP for qualifying actions. PropGame is not a trading firm, broker, or financial advisor. We do not provide trading accounts, execute trades, or offer financial advice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform.

4. GP and Rewards Program

PropGame operates a GP-based rewards program. GP is an internal reward unit with no direct cash value and may only be used for eligible partner rewards in the Platform. We reserve the right to:

• Modify GP earning rates or reward catalog requirements at any time
• Suspend or terminate GP associated with fraudulent activity
• Set minimum and maximum thresholds for reward claim eligibility

GP is non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged outside the Platform.

5. Claim Submissions

Users may submit verify purchase and reward claim requests for qualifying actions. By submitting a request, you represent that:

• All information and evidence provided is truthful and accurate
• You have the right to submit the evidence provided
• You have not submitted the same request or evidence previously
• The qualifying action was completed by you personally

All requests are subject to admin review. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or request additional evidence for any request at our sole discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent requests
• Create multiple accounts to exploit the rewards program
• Attempt to manipulate or game the GP system
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the Platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of GP, and permanent ban from the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Platform are owned by PropGame or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

PropGame is a comparison and rewards platform only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as agents for any proprietary trading firm listed on our platform unless explicitly stated.

Information about trading firms, offers, and challenges is provided for comparison purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. You should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropGame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
